Hailing from a distinguished family of legal professionals, Mr. Atif Suhrawardy represents the third generation of a respected legal legacy. Building upon the strong foundation established by his predecessors, he has successfully expanded the firm's practice with a dedicated team of experienced partners and associates representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Green Tribunal, CAT, NCLAT, NCLT, DRT, DRAT, NCDRC and various District Courts across diverse areas of law.
His practice primarily focuses on Arbitration, Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), Corporate Litigation, Corporate Drafting, Corporate Compliance, Environmental Law and Commercial Disputes. During the early years of his legal career, he served as Government Counsel for the States of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, representing them before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the National Green Tribunal in significant legal matters.
Mr. Suhrawardy has also advised and assisted several established businesses and emerging enterprises in legal structuring, corporate compliance and dispute management.
