Mr. Ghufran Imtiyaz earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Amity Law School, Amity University, and enrolled as an Advocate in 2019. From the beginning of his legal career, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism and attention to detail in every assignment entrusted to him.
Recognized for his excellent drafting abilities and meticulous legal research, Mr. Imtiyaz has gained valuable litigation experience through internships with senior advocates practicing before the Hon'ble Gauhati High Court. He further enhanced his practical knowledge while working with the Public Prosecutor's Office, CBI Court, Guwahati, where he developed a strong understanding of criminal law, immigration law and judicial procedures.
As a Legal Associate, he actively assists the Firm in legal drafting, research, case preparation and litigation support across a broad range of legal matters. His analytical approach and commitment to excellence make him a valuable member of the Firm's legal team.
Coming from a distinguished legal family, Mr. Imtiyaz has been closely connected with the legal profession from an early stage. His father presently serves as a Special Judge, CBI Court, Gauhati, further strengthening his understanding of judicial processes and legal ethics.
