Mr. Manan Jaiman has been associated with the Firm since September 2023, initially as a Legal Intern and thereafter as an Associate from January 2026. He graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida in 2024. He was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2024 and has successfully qualified the All India Bar Examination (AIBE XIX).
During his association with the Firm, he has developed valuable experience in corporate and commercial law, contract management, regulatory compliance, employment law and dispute resolution. His work primarily involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing a broad range of commercial agreements.
Mr. Jaiman has extensive experience in preparing and reviewing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), SaaS Agreements, Technology Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Employment Agreements, Candidate Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and Addendums, ensuring legal compliance while safeguarding clients' commercial interests.
He also advises on legal research, due diligence, corporate governance, policy drafting, consumer disputes, employment law matters and regulatory compliance. Additionally, he actively assists in litigation by drafting pleadings, writ petitions, legal notices, replies and other legal documentation.
Mr. Jaiman possesses strong expertise in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, corporate advisory, legal research, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, dispute resolution and client advisory services, consistently delivering practical and commercially viable legal solutions.
