Dedicated Legal Associate with extensive experience in civil, corporate and arbitration matters, assisting clients before various courts, tribunals and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
Mr. Mohd. Abdullah Khan is one of the founding associates of Atif Suhrawardy & Partners LLP and has been associated with the Firm since its incorporation. His professional journey with the Firm began during his law school days, where he worked closely with Mr. Atif Suhrawardy as a legal intern before becoming a full-time Legal Associate.
He earned his B.A. LL.B. degree from the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), and has developed comprehensive knowledge of litigation procedures across trial courts, High Courts and various judicial forums. His practice includes handling original suits, writ petitions, appeals and arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Mr. Khan regularly assists in drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, preparing case briefs for Senior Advocates and coordinating complex litigation. He also independently appears before various tribunals while supporting the Firm's clients in a wide range of legal matters.
With considerable experience in corporate law and arbitration, Mr. Khan plays a key role in assisting the Managing Partner in handling commercial disputes, company matters and arbitration proceedings. His meticulous approach and strong legal research skills make him an integral part of the Firm's litigation and advisory practice.
