Mr. Pankaj Kumar has been associated with the Firm as an Associate since September 2023. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Law Centre-II, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2021. He was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi on 16 December 2021 and successfully qualified the All India Bar Examination on 29 April 2023.
During his association with the Firm, Mr. Kumar has gained extensive experience in diverse areas of civil law, environmental law, commercial law and dispute resolution. Owing to his professional competence and leadership abilities, he presently serves as a Senior Associate, supervising the work of several Associates and Legal Interns.
His practice includes handling original civil suits, civil and criminal writ petitions, first and second appeals, civil and criminal miscellaneous proceedings, and matters arising under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. He regularly represents clients before various judicial forums and provides strategic legal solutions.
