Mr. Syed Mehdi Imam completed his LL.B. from C. M. Law College, Darbhanga, affiliated with Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Bihar, and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1997. Since then, he has built a distinguished legal career with extensive experience before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
During the early years of his practice, Mr. Imam worked under the guidance of Late Mr. Anis Suhrawardy, Advocate-on-Record and one of the country's respected legal practitioners. He played an important role in assisting the representation of the State of Jammu & Kashmir before the Supreme Court of India, gaining valuable expertise in constitutional, criminal, service and regional laws.
His long-standing courtroom experience has enabled him to handle complex litigation involving constitutional interpretation, government matters, criminal proceedings and service disputes, providing clients with practical and effective legal representation.
After successfully clearing the prestigious Advocate-on-Record Examination in 2011, Mr. Imam has been practicing as an Advocate-on-Record before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. He currently serves as the Firm's Advocate-on-Record, representing clients in Supreme Court proceedings with professionalism, precision and dedication.
